3G Performance Front Brake Discs – an ideal and affordable upgrade from standard discs with 10 grooves and vented plus dimples for increased braking efficiency. The grooves clean the surface of the pad and remove the glazed surface that builds up during the high temperatures associated with heavy braking. The grooves also provide channels for the removal of gases that are associated with heavy braking and help to remove brake dust particles therefore cooling of the disc is also achieved. The dimples are blind holes machined into the braking surface of the disc for a drilled look but without the risk of fracturing from stress that cross drilled holes can be prone to.
